SFB BeyondC Autumn Workshop 2021
Annual Meeting of the Austrian Physical Society & Swiss Physical Society
August 18 - 22, 2025
We are pleased to announce that the biannual SFB workshop will form part of the joint annual ÖPG-SPG conference this year. The aim of the workshop is to present recent developments and discuss the latest research achievements with BeyondC members and associates, as well as a broader network of researchers.
The workshop is planned to take place over two afternoons, as part of the annual meeting of the Austrian and Swiss Physical Societies.
The scientific program will be complemented by a poster exhibition, and we cordially invite you to submit contributions presenting outstanding current research in the field of quantum information science. The SFB consortium will award a prize of €300.- for the best poster.
Especially for women in research:
Please note: There will be no separate women’s breakfast during this workshop. Instead, we are pleased to support the 4th Career Symposium for Women in Physics, taking place on August 18, 2025. Participation in the symposium is free of charge.
This event is designed to empower and support young female scientists—from undergraduate students to postdocs.
